You'll play a key role in maintaining continuity of education during teacher absences, ensuring students from Kindy through to Year 12 remain engaged and supported in their learning journey across our dynamic school environment.

Experience with developmental milestones and age-appropriate activities
Skills in supporting social-emotional development
Knowledge of early literacy and numeracy foundations
For Primary Roles:
Strong foundation in core subject areas (English, Math, Science, HASS)
Experience with differentiated learning approaches
Ability to support students with varying learning needs
Understanding of primary-aged child development
For Secondary Roles:
Subject specialization in specific curriculum areas
Experience with senior curriculum delivery (Years 11-12)
Skills in adolescent engagement and motivation strategies
Understanding of VET pathways and tertiary preparation
Ability to adapt quickly to different subject contexts and year levels
