This is a front-facing role at the heart of our international operations providing exceptional administrative support across admissions, homestay, and study tour programs, while delivering a warm and professional experience to every student, family, agent, and visitor who engages with the College.
Reporting to the Head of Global Engagement and Partnerships and directed by the Director of International and Accommodation Operations, this role is well-supported within a collaborative team environment.
What You’ll be Doing:
Day-to-day, you will:

- Support international communications and assist with calendar and appointment management
- Fulfil responsibilities in line with the ESOS Framework and National Code requirements
- Contribute to the broader international team as directed, including occasional attendance at College events outside of standard hours
What We’re Looking For:
You are an experienced administrator who genuinely enjoys working with people from diverse cultural backgrounds. You bring warmth and professionalism to every interaction, and you understand the responsibility that comes with supporting international students who are far from home.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine capacity for empathy
- Strong digital literacy, including confidence with Microsoft Office, and ideally Dynamics 365 and Click Dimensions
- Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Discretion and sound judgement when handling sensitive and confidential information
- Excellent time management and the ability to balance competing priorities
- A collaborative approach alongside the ability to work independently when required
- Alignment with JPC's values and commitment to supporting our College community
- Proficiency in a second language, particularly Korean, Chinese, Japanese, or Vietnamese, will be highly regarded.
- Previous experience in customer service, working with international stakeholders, or supporting school-aged students is preferred but not essential.
We welcome applications from candidates who bring the right attitude and a willingness to grow.
This is a contract appointment, however given the growth of our International program, the opportunity to extend may be available.
All appointments are subject to a satisfactory Paid Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
A Current Class C Driver Licence and a willingness to drive a College mini bus would be advantageous, but not essential.
