We’re seeking passionate Educators to join our friendly team. We currently have casual employment opportunities available, and we’re happy to work with your availability, to suit your circumstances.

We offer above-Award casual pay rates, inclusive of 25% casual loading, based on your qualifications and experience:

  • Certificate III Educators – $38.51 per hour
  • Diploma Qualified Educators – $40.66 per hour
  • You’ll also receive generous superannuation of 12.75%.

Our ELC is known for its strong and supportive leadership under Head of Early Education, Mrs Leanne Zammit, who is highly regarded for her professionalism, care and genuine focus on staff wellbeing.

About The Roles:

You will play an important part in providing a safe, engaging and nurturing environment where every child can grow and thrive.

We are a long day care service, and we work together to provide consistent, high-quality experiences for children throughout the day. We offer flexibility for educators who are looking for casual and varied hours while being part of a supportive and collaborative team.

About You:

You are an enthusiastic, caring and dedicated educator who enjoys creating meaningful learning experiences for young children.

What you’ll bring:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
  • Great communication and relationship-building skills
  • A caring, positive attitude and genuine love for working with young children
  • A collaborative approach and enthusiasm for learning and growing with your team

Highly Valued but not essential:

  • Previous experience working in Early Childhood Education
  • Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia philosophy and its application in early learning
  • Commitment to the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
