What You'll Do

  • Lead with purpose: Mentor and develop a passionate group of OSHC educators, building a professional, caring culture that children, families, and staff love being part of
  • Design impactful programs: Plan and deliver programs children genuinely look forward to - creative, developmentally rich experiences embedded in My Time, Our Place, that families trust and children love
  • Lead operational excellence: Manage the day-to-day operations of a large OSHC service including enrolments, rostering, budgeting, and compliance, with strong support and induction into the NQF and ACECQA regulatory framework
  • Build community: Develop warm, genuine relationships with children, families, and staff that make everyone feel like they belong
  • Drive improvement: Champion continuous improvement through the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP), embedding a culture of reflection and high standards across your team
